Advance Directive Guidance: Helping you complete or revise your advance directive documents. Vigil Planning: Assisting in planning a vigil with the aim of establishing a safe and supportive space. Referrals: Directing you to grief support, mental health services, and other necessary forms of assistance. Community Support: Setting up platforms like Meal Train, CareFlash, and Caeroplis, as well as reaching out to the person's community, such as their church or social groups. Light grief support: Providing light grief support and helping you with referrals and community resources.
